This Simply Rosy Strapless Dress from Forever 21 is so cute I couldn't keep it to myself. The skirt of the dress has some flare to it, so it is a flattering shape for all. This dress can really be worn any time of year...just throw a cardigan on over it in the winter time and you're good to go!
